This page is generated by a perl script from an XML document and uses cascading style sheets. HTML: The Definitive Guide, Chuck Musciano & Bill Kennedy, 3rd Edition, O'Reilly. is a good book. XML and Perl stuff on the web is sort of useful. Everything was tested in Opera and uses HTML v4.0, if anything doesn't work or looks weird in your browser it probably doesn't support HTML v4.0 or CSS properly. Even Opera doesn't do the borders in CSS...
