This page now uses cascading style sheets so it's bad design can be customised more easily. Got all the info from HTML: The Definitive Guide, Chuck Musciano & Bill Kennedy, 3rd Edition, O'Reilly. which is not a bad book. Everything was tested in Opera and uses HTML v4.0, if anything doesn't work or looks weird in your browser it probably doesn't support HTML v4.0 or CSS properly. Even Opera doesn't do the borders in CSS...

I've also succumbed and begun to use images on this page - sparingly...
